History Tracking:
A service
record will be created each time an Atos technician works on your
computer network. A copy of the current service record will be included
with the monthly statement. The service record will indicate exactly
what service was performed during the month. You may request that
additional copies of the service record be sent to other individuals
within your organization. All of the service records will be compiled
in a searchable database to allow Atos technicians to quickly recall
solutions to recurring problems within your network and to locate and
resolve issues of concern. Finally a printout of the service record
will be maintained at your site by Atos technicians.
